PULSE/PACE - Extend target group

• Now it is possible to filter the target group based on the following variables: Site, Employer, Employment type, Employer type, Position type, and Country

HRM - Added possibility of removing the visibility of "account termination date"

• Based on client requests we've added so the account termination date can be hidden for certain roles/accesses.

HRM - New set of filters added to the gallery

• Sites, Countries, Employers, Positions etc. are now available as filters in the gallery.

HRM - Enabling new custom fields for certain Employers.

• HRM Field settings → Custom field.
  Added the possibility to choose which employers the new custom field should be enabled for.

HRM - Added search functionality in the HRM field settings matrix

• HRM Field setting → List of Employers.
  Added a search function by Employer name and Org number.

HRM - Added possibility to search by Org. Number in Employer view

• Global Settings → Organization → Employer list.
  Added search by Org number + Column with Org number to the table.

DOCUMENTS - Added access granularity for the Document Manager role

• Now it's possible to limit the Document Manager role to certain Employers. That means that if a Document Manager is limited to a certain Employer, they can only view and handle documents related to that employer.

SURVEY - Extend target group

• Now it is possible to filter the target group based on the following variables: Site, Employer, Employment type, Employer type, Position type, and Country.

ONBOARDING - Email notifications are only sent on weekdays

• Now the email notifications sent out to participants in a process are only sent on weekdays.

INTEGRATION - Scheduling - Quniyx

• Added new integration with Quniyx via API. Heartpace is master over Quniyx and can create and update users in Quniyx. Also, agreement templates are picked up from Quniyx and can be set to users in Heartpace.

INTEGRATION - Benefits - Söderberg & Partners Benefits

• Added new integration to Benefits via standardized CSV export. Heartpace is master over Benefits and can create and update users in Benefits.
