Main Navigation - HP mobile - New mobile version for employee profile

  • The updated mobile version of the profile offers users a smooth user experience without compromising on functionality.

Pulse/Pace - Added Response rate to managers dashboard

  • We have updated the managers’ dashboards with a card that shows the response rate of the last round (with either active or closed status).

Pace - Added full language layer

  • We have now added all languages that Heartpace is available to the Pace questions. That means as an admin you can now utilize all of the 11 different languages compared to the previously supported 5 languages.

Pulse/Pace - Overview indexes changed to only show results from the latest round

  • In the overview, we previously showed index results for several rounds. Now we only show the latest round and date for that.

Survey - Possibility to exclude individual employees from a target group

  • Added the possibility to exclude individual employees from the target that was chosen using toggle include/exclude (by default all people in the target are included).

Survey - Added the possibility to set an exact limit to the number of answers.

  • Survey creators can now add an exact number of answers a respondent must select on a question with multiple alternatives.

eSign - The system auto-picks all blocks from HRM if there is only one option connected to the employment

eSign - Map Benefits to Scrive template

  • Now it’s possible to map Benefits from HRM to Scrive templates.

HRM Reports - New version of HRM reports

  • We have released the first version of our updated HRM reports. We have separated the reports in the left menu, where you will find HRM reports and People Analytics separately.
    With the new HRM reports you can: (1) Create, customize, and save your own reports. (2) Use more HRM data with the updated filter function and (3) Share reports with employees in the organization. People Analytics includes all KPI reports that were previously under HRM reports.

Bug fixes

  • Onboarding - Fixed a bug where the trigger date displayed “today’s date” instead of the actual set trigger date.

  • Bonus review - A 422 error was displayed after approving/rejecting the bonus from the top manager's perspective.

  • Bonus review - Fixed an issue where the process status could be displayed as 100% under the “My workspace” tab and no one had yet reviewed/approved.

  • Onboarding - The trigger date displays today's date on the Overview tab, even though another date had been selected.

  • Equal Pay - Fixed an issue in the exported documentation where data wasn’t moved to a new page, but rather “piled up” on one page.

  • Birthday Notifications - Fixed an issue where birthday notification emails weren’t distributed on certain schedules.
