General - Sites creation via UI in Global Settings

• Now it’s possible to handle Sites directly in the UI rather than through importing. You can find it under Global Settings/Organization/Sites.

Documents - The documents feature tab is displayed for users in the “Not activated” status

• The documents feature tab is now also displayed in the workspace for users in “not activated” status so you as an admin can manage documents of user in this status.

HRM - New field added to Employers - External ID

• This field can be populated with an external ID from another system. Mainly used for integrations.

HRM - New validation step when adding a new user

• When adding a new user to Heartpace you now have a new field in the creation pop-up that lets you search for work email, PEN, or PIN for example to see if it’s already in use on some profile.

eSign - New selection “Document type” is added with options "Agreement/General"

• Agreement type is used for agreement signing processes. Also new field "Date of signing" is added to the employment info block + HRM reports (The field is disabled by default, but you can activate it under Global Settings/Features/HRM/HRM field settings).

Salary review - Collective agreement added to filters in the process creation step

• We’ve added collective agreements as a filter in the creation process of Salary review when selecting which users to sync data from.

Salary review - Filters, pagination, and possibility to archive processes

• The processes overview has received some updates. It’s now possible to archive processes to remove them from the processes overview. At the same time, we also added pagination to the overview, so if you have many processes, you can now just switch pages instead of scrolling. Also, we added filters so you can easily filter out processes in different statuses.
