Release Notes July 2024

Main navigation - New layout

  • The design of the left-hand side menu has been updated.

  • A new top menu has been added including a new search bar and a section for help and settings functionality in the top right corner. User settings, Global settings, Help Center, and Learning Hub have been moved from the left-hand side menu to the top menu.

Dashboard - Brand new start page for admins, managers, and employees.

  • Depending on what features are enabled the dashboard looks different. The dashboard can contain Tasks, a news feed, and info about anniversaries. Employees can also see their peers on the same level. Admins get information on the number of employees in the organization together with the number of newcomers and leavers this month.

  • Equal pay clients will see direct links to Equal pay processes.

HRM - Added LAS fields to the profile

  • There is a new section in the profile regarding LAS reports. It’s now possible to set the LAS date and thus get a calculated LAS days. This information will also be used in the upcoming LAS report.

HRM - Limit select for accesses has been redesigned.

  • The updated design will make it easier and clearer for the admin to set limits for users.


HRM - Added separator in salary fields

  • Monthly salary, annual salary, and hourly salary now have space as a separator to make them easier to read, i.e. 50000 is now displayed as 50 000.


HRM - Improved rehiring flow

  • We added the possibility of opening a user’s profile that the admin searched for by clicking.

HRM - Added a new flow for status planning

  • In the employee profile, it’s now possible to add, change, and delete set statuses for an employee account. That means you can plan for example activation date or termination date of the user.

Pulse/Pace - Made it possible to edit the layout of the Questions

  • Now it’s possible to adjust the layout of the questions in both Pulse and Pace. A new text editor has been added.

Pulse/Pace - Display the last round on Overview

  • Previously the aggregated all rounds were displayed when going into Pulse and Pace. Now it’s been changed to show only the results of the most recent round as default. Older rounds can still be found in the menu and you can still aggregate results from different rounds.

Pulse/Pace - Change the default setting “talk request”

  • Previously the default setting for Talk requests was “on”. Now it has been set to default “off”.

Pulse/Pace - Added the possibility to change question layout

  • It’s now possible to change the layout of the questions by utilizing the new text editor. Make text bold, create bullet lists, etc.

Global settings - Empty Language alternatives are now hidden

  • When setting up alternatives under Global settings and for example Employments types, there are different language settings for each alternative. Previously all of them were visible even though they were empty. Now these empty language alternatives are hidden.

Documents - New eSign folder

  • Added an eSign folder for employees when signing a document in eSign. The folder will be created and visible when a document has been signed. The signed document will be found in the specific folder of the employee.

Equal Pay - Updated graphs

  • The graphs will now also show the actual numbers that each bar represents.

Equal Pay - Updated exported report

  • Added Salary structure graph by levels to the exported report.

Bug fixes

  • Documents - The number of documents that expire this quarter was displayed incorrectly in the Document overview for some user roles. This has been corrected.

  • Documents - Fixed a bug where tags assigned to documents were not displayed when going to the documents list through the cards in the Documents overview.

  • Salary review - Fixed an issue where custom columns were not imported to a process although they were correctly formatted.

  • Documents - Fixed an issue where the pop-up for creating folders couldn’t be closed.
