Dashboard - Shortcuts (New feature!)

• We have released a new feature card on the dashboard: Shortcuts. Here admins can add different URLs and share them across the organization, either to “All employees”, “Managers” or Admins only (admins include all types of extra accesses existing in the account, both standard and custom). URLs/Shortcuts can also be assigned to certain Sites.

eSign - Full preview possibility

• eSign has been enhanced with new functionality. Now, you can preview the agreement fully before distributing it. A new button is shown in the creation stage which takes you to a new tab showing the agreement populated with your data.

Salary review - New process flow

• HRM Sync: Simplified data syncing between Salary Review and HRM with a new process design. The regular import in Salary review has been replaced with a sync flow where data is picked up from Heartpace HRM.

• For non-HRM clients this means that you now have access to all blocks within the HRM, but with the ability to create only one record within each block. Employee data should be uploaded to HRM through the employee import.

• In Salary review, the synced HRM data in the Review tab is now read-only. That means if you need to update data on an employee, that is done on the employee's profile. Then use the "Sync relevant employee data" button to refresh HRM data in the salary review process..

• HRM Sync Table (HRM clients only): The new table, which is available after the schedule is closed, allows configuring and managing synced fields for transferring data back to employee profiles.

• New Fields: "Salary review year" and "Agreed salary date" fields added.
