Onboarding - Link to the user’s profile in the onboarding portal
Opening a user’s profile directly from the onboarding portal is now possible.
Onboarding - Added possibility to include videos in steps
It’s now possible to include videos in onboarding processes. You add an URL from the following sources: Facebook, Instagram, X (former Twitter), Vimeo, imgur, and Pinterest.
Onboarding - Added “Sites” to the feature
This means you can use “Sites” on the start page to control what you see in the onboarding feature. Also, Employer has been added as a filter in the onboarding feature.
HRM - Added countries shortlist for all phone number fields
When setting up or editing a user it’s possible to select the country code for the phone number through a drop-down list.
HRM - Updated accesses for related fields
The example is that the standard setting for related fields should follow each other. If for example Employment end date is changed to “No access” then the setting for Termination reason should also be changed to “No access”. In this example, the Termination reason is still possible to set to “View”, but not to “Edit”.
Main Navigation - Heartpace Mobile
The new menu and dashboard have been optimized to be viewed on mobile devices.
Main Navigation - Design on the login page
Small design change on the login page for cases where login is enabled through both SSO and username+password.
Pulse/Pace - Extended filters
New filters are available: Employer, location, and team.
Pulse/Pace - Added switcher in report to switch between direct reports and hierarchy
It’s now possible for managers to switch between the results of their direct reports and their hierarchy. That means if you as a manager have multiple levels below, you can now see all results below.
Survey - Turn N/A on and off
We have added a setting where it’s possible to turn on or off the N/A alternative on each question in your survey.
General - HP Mobile
The new dashboard and menus are built in a way so that they are completely responsive for mobile devices. We will continue this work with the other parts of the platform that are suitable for mobile devices.
