AI - Heartpace Companion

• Introducing our new AI companion! This powerful tool enables you to ask general questions using the full power of the internet. Additionally, you can upload documents for easy access by your employees. Your uploaded data is securely stored in your specific database, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

Integration - Parking lot (HRM Events) updates

• Global filters have been added to the parking lot to help users sort out events. It’s also possible to utilize search functionality (employee name, surname, PIN, PEN).

• Added possibility to set date period in the parking lot.

eSign - Global filter, search, and updated table

• The eSign functionality got a makeover with the addition of new global filters, new search functionality, and an update of the existing table.

HRM - Hide employees with “disabled site access” status from Direct reports pop-up

• The change means that other employees now can’t see if an employee has been set to disable site access status. Employees with that status will disappear from the direct reports pop-up view.

Pulse/Pace - More languages for emails

• We have now added all languages in which Heartpace is available to the Pulse/Pace email handling. That means as an admin you can now utilize all of the 11 different languages compared to the previously supported 5 languages.

Pulse/Pace - Exclude option added

• Possibility to exclude for example long-term absences from the Pulse (eg. sick leave and parental leave) as this affects the response rate.

Pulse/Pace - More data points added in Excel export

• Employment id, Work Email, SAM Account name and Heartpace ID were added to export file.

Survey - Comparison report v2

• We have been working on version two of the survey comparison report. Our latest update empowers you to delve deeper into your survey data. With enhanced features, you can now analyze your results more granularly, generate comprehensive reports, and easily share findings with your team. We've also addressed bugs and added new functionalities to improve your overall experience.

Survey - Export questions

• Now it’s possible to export questions from an existing survey to an Excel file. The file can then be used for importing surveys.

• The news feed has been adapted to a new mobile version

Bug fixes

• Pulse/Pace - Fixed an issue where target groups were displayed incorrectly, even though it was correct when the Pulse/Pace was running.

• Pulse/Pace - Fixed an issue where the participation rate was calculated incorrectly after selecting 2 rounds in a report.

• Competence - DOC/PDF file exports of competencies were empty after downloading after adding and filling new items in the export view page.

• Onboarding - An issue has been fixed where process steps were not closed although all tasks inside the step had been completed.

• Onboarding - Fixed an issue where a scheduled step changed its status back to “scheduled” if the user un-check already marked tasks.
