HRM - Add an option to turn off system avatars

  • Admins can now turn off the possibility of using Avatars as profile pictures. The setting is located in Global settings/Organization/General settings.

HRM - Accesses logs

  • In Global settings/System accesses there is now a log over changes in accesses. It contains relevant info on when and who changed the access.

HRM - Automated/customizable system access

  • "Site" was added as a system access variable, meaning that it can be used to limit a user's access. Also, it means that if new employers are added to a site, the user with such site access will also have access to the new employer.

HRM - An export button was added to the list of employers in Global settings.

  • It's now possible to export an Excel file with all employers and their information in Global settings/Organization/Employers.

HRM - Bank account number validation was added for Swedish banks:

  • The sample import file is updated for HRM import

  • Bank country code is a required field if you fill bank account number

  • A clearing number is also required if you use "Sweden" in "bank country" + "bank account number"

  • If you filled in the clearing number/bank account number + Sweden in the bank country - You have to use only real valid data or you will get a validation error

  • The same validation logic is added to the HRM import flow

  • You also can use such format 9274849238 and leave the clearing number field empty (in case you use clearing number + bank account number inside bank account number field)

HRM - Copy previous employment when prolonging

  • When creating a new employment for an employee it is now possible to pick up information from an earlier employment. You can select which blocks you want to pick up and what information you want to change. This makes the creation of new employment a much smoother process.

HRM - "Other employees" perspective - Hide links for opening "Update history" popups

  • When employees go into other employees' profiles - the link for "Update history" is now hidden.

HRM - The "Country" field moved in the Employer creation process.

HRM - Added link to Permissions table in Profile

  • The "Employee's data access" link shows what data permissions the different roles have.

HRM - Re-hire / Search functionality in the User creation block

  • When creating a new user you can now search for historical employees in case you are re-hiring someone. The variables you can utilize in the search are First name, Last name, PIN, PEN, and SAMaccountname.

HRM - Possibility to update the Initial hire date if the Employment Start date is changed.

  • When editing an employment and changing the Employment Start date you now get a box to tick if you want the Initial hire date to follow and be updated to the same date as the new Employment start date.

ONBOARDING - Change Trigger date to Employement start/end date

  • Update to trigger date where Employment start date or end date will be used for all perspectives.

DOCUMENTS - Improved search in My workspace

  • The search functionality has been improved when searching for documents in "My workspace" and now includes all files in all folders.

DOCUMENTS - Bulk import

  • As an admin, you can now bulk import documents. By utilizing a specific naming structure for the documents, you can match documents to their user by PEN/PIN/Name/Work email or SAMaccountname.

  • You can upload both files and folders to Heartpace and the system tries to match them to their user. In the system, you will get a table with all the documents, their suggested user, visibility, etc. There you can work through the whole list of documents before distributing them in their organization.

EQUAL PAY - Added all countries and currencies as options

  • "Market" and "Currency" selections were extended with alternatives from all countries in the world and their currencies.

EQUAL PAY - New sample files

  • There are now three sample files available, Swedish, Norwegian, and English. The files have been updated to also support the new Norwegian Equal Pay report.

SALARY REVIEW - See more info on the manager

  • In the playground, you can now see more information about the Manager when clicking the manager. Information includes Name, PIN, Email, Position, and Department.

SALARY REVIEW - Possibility to remove a comment

  • Users who left comments on a record can now also delete the comment.

SALARY REVIEW - Admins can now edit certain columns after approval

  • After feedback from clients, we've updated the process so admins can update data in the playground even after the employee has been approved. Right now it's only possible to change/update data in fields that do not affect salary.

SALARY REVIEW - Bulk verification

  • In the process, it's now possible to use bulk verification - i.e. selecting multiple employees in the playground and approving them at the same time.

INTEGRATION - E-sign - GetAccept

  • Integration through webhook. The document is tagged on GetAccept side and then transferred together with basic info about the employee which is used to create a user in Heartpace.

INTEGRATION - E-sign - Oneflow

  • Integration through webhook. The document is tagged on Oneflow side and then transferred together with basic info about the employee which is used to create a user in Heartpace.

INTEGRATION - Payroll - Visma NO

  • New payroll integration released for Visma Norway.

GENERAL - Excel exports number formatting

  • Small fix where Excel exports with numbers now are formatted as numbers instead of text as previously.
