Alignment - Site Access level added

• We have added Site access level to the Alignment feature, which means you can set visions for each Site and also control who can add/change objectives through Sites.

Documents - For users in archived/terminated statuses now we show all documents, not only documents with non-removable/archive tags

• Due to numerous requests, the documents module's logic has been updated so that we now have revealed previously hidden files caused by a status change. This means that the documents tab is now visible to users in all statuses within my workspace and the admin section, except for users not currently activated. Since the new logic requires additional updates to the previously existing logic, some updates will be included in future releases.

General - Employer logos

• We’ve added employer logos as part of the settings of an employer. That means that if an employer has a specific logo and you upload that to an employer. That logo will be used in Heartpace for all employees connected to that employer throughout the UI, in emails, onboarding portals, etc.

Survey - Creation process update

• The survey creation process was updated to show scales based on the import file.

Integration - Learnster integration improvement

• We’ve added the functionality to remove a tag from a user, for example, if a department is reassigned.

Bug fixes

• News feed - Fixed an issue where the image did not stretch although the option “Stretch image” was selected.

• eSign - Fixed an issue where unnamed fields were set as mandatory, which in turn stopped users from starting a process. Now unnamed fields will be skipped in validation.

• eSign - Fixed a Network Error (502 bad gateway) when initiating a new process.
