HRM - Added a new warning when changing employer in an employee's profile through an update.

• "You are about to update the employer information in this form. If you are changing to a different employer, we recommend creating a new employment entry instead. Please confirm your action."

HRM - When creating a new employer you can copy HRM field settings from another employer

• In the creation flow, there's now a possibility of selecting from which employer you want to copy the HRM field settings. The system automatically chooses the employer created first, but you can select any employer in the account from a drop-down list.

DOCUMENTS - Added setting to restrict document upload possibilities for managers and employees.

• Global Settings > Modules > Documents > Accesses permissions.
  Here you can control which visibility settings should be available for employees and managers when uploading documents.

DOCUMENTS - Added pagination for all lists

• The default is set to 20 per page. This will help to improve performance and loading times.

DOCUMENTS - Added possibility to create a folder structure for the whole organization (each user)

• Global settings > Features > Documents > Folder structure templates

  You can add a folder structure for all users in the organization and also decide on each folder's visibility setting. The name of each folder must be unique.

EQUAL PAY - Added Manager/Employee filter to all pages in the report

ONBOARDING - It is now possible to update the deadline for steps that are in progress.
