I’m setting up our talks for our employees, and want every talk to set up goals for each employee. It would be great if there was a link in the bottom/end of each talk, that guides you directly towards a goalsettning, instead of scrolling to the top/beginning to make a goal setting. I think there is a risk that our managers easily will miss to document the future goal for each employee when the link is in the beginning, instead of at the end.
