AI Assistant - Added Delete and archive actions

• Now it’s possible to delete and archive chats in the AI Assistant feature.

eSign - Added eSign folder for employees who sign agreements

• When a document has been signed in eSign, the document will end up in a designated eSign folder on the employee’s profile.

Equal Pay - One decimal in PDF reports

• The Equal Pay feature was previously updated to present numbers using only one decimal. Now, that change has also been implemented in the PDF report.

Equal Pay - Accepted values for Y/N fields in the mapping file have been extended

• Now the system accepts the following values for the below field when importing data:
  Entitled for overtime: Y/J/1/Yes/Ja/Je, N/0/No/Nej/Nei

  Parental leave: Y/J/1/Yes/Ja/Je, N/0/No/Nej/Nei

  Temporary employment: Y/J/1/Yes/Ja/Je, N/0/No/Nej/Nei

  Part time: Y/J/1/Yes/Ja/Je, N/0/No/Nej/Nei

  Involuntary part-time: Y/J/1/Yes/Ja/Je, N/0/No/Nej/Nei

Equal Pay - New sample file

• We have updated the sample file when importing data. The file now has some new columns and some changed column names.

Integrations - Parking lot updates (HRM Events)

• Now, it’s possible to see not only the updated values but also the values that were in those fields before.

• We also added a column in the table to show what kind of event it is (Created, updated, etc.)

HRM - Account termination flow update

• Now, when terminating an account, the system pre-fills the employment end date and the termination reason from the last/current employment.

HRM Reports - Favorites

• Now it’s possible to mark created HRM reports with a star which in turn will add the report(s) to the “My favorites” section in the left-hand side menu.

HRM Reports - Comments

• Comments from the profile blocks are now available within HRM Reports.

HRM Reports - Column order

• An improvement for the column order has been released. Now the column order follows the same order as in your HRM field matrix in Global settings.

Survey - Export to excel improvement

• An improvement to the Excel report has been released to contain more information about the survey. Now the following is included:

  • Company Logo

  • Process Name

  • Date

  • Anonymity level

  • Target

Talks - Hide archived departments

• When selecting participant(s) in Talks archived departments will now be hidden.

Depreciations

DSM - The feature reached the end of the lifecycle and has been removed from the platform.
