Integrations - Push and pull sync buttons moved

  • Since having multiple providers has become more common, the buttons have been moved inside each provider to enable syncing a single provider.

Intergrations - Learnster integration updateIntegrations

  • We’ve updated the Learnster integration to be able to update users’ email addresses in their Learnster account. That means that if you change the email address of a user in Heartpace, it will also update in Learnster. For new employees in your account, this change is sent whenever the user is set to status Active.

Equal Pay - Possibility to export documentation both with names and without names

  • Now it’s possible to select if you want to export the documentation from your Equal pay process with employee names or not.

Pulse - Changes in Target group handling

  • Target tab - New round selection dropdown list and the target group is displayed based on the selection.

    • By default, the preselected round is either the current or the upcoming round.

    • If the round is past or active, display users who have already been added to the process.

    • For past rounds, the include/exclude list can not be edited, meaning the target group is in read-only mode.

    • If the round is upcoming, users who will be included in the round are displayed. It’s dynamically updated each time the page is refreshed. That means if new users are added to the platform before distribution and matches the criteria, they will also be added to the list.

Bug fixes

  • HRM - Fixed an issue where it is not possible to open a block after creating a user manually and clicking on the title or arrow down.

  • Salary review - Fixed an issue where the “To review“ page opens after opening “To approve” under My Workspace.
